There is no limit to how many entries each participant can enter as long as the above conditions are met.
No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.
Prizes:
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted except at the discretion of Infinity Energy Solutions.
Infinity Energy Solutions reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected via random draws each fortnight throughout the Promotion Period.
All draws will be conducted by a representative of Infinity Energy Solutions LIVE on our social media platforms. If due to unforeseen circumstances this is not possible the scheduled draw will still take place and winners will be notified as below.
Winners will be notified via phone, email, or social media within 3 business days of each draw.
If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within 7 business days of notification, Infinity Energy Solutions reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

By entering the Promotion, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Infinity Energy Solutions reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Infinity Energy Solutions’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Infinity Energy Solutions in its sole discretion.
Infinity Energy Solutions reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Limitation of Liability:
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Infinity Energy Solutions and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
Disputes:
Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in [insert jurisdiction].

The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW Fair Trading NSW.
